Yeah man, it definitely doesn’t hurt to double check. Some of the vials I thought were ok I noticed floaters in a second or third look through.
During the Sym floatergate, someone mentioned a pair of magnifying glasses with a light on it from Amazon, it may be overkill but it’s cheap so I purchased one around that time and use it every time since.
I usually hold the iphone light at the bottom of a vial, and use the glasses. Once again, it may be overkill but I’d rather be safe then sorry.
SST is such a shitbag forum. According to the thread on this floater issue, this isn’t an issue at all because these are “unsubstantiated claims that occur on another thread where Colonial isn’t even a source”.
So that’s basically a giant “Fuck You” to you guys.
SST refuses to acknowledge that Colonial is Dragon’s domestic source here. So Colonial IS a source anywhere Dragon is. Which is everywhere.
The world is much bigger than they acknowledge and that’s why that board SUCKS. They divorce themselves from the overall community.

Yeah I did see that over there, I figured it wasn’t even worth my post. I kind of knew from the start how it would be handled over there.
Again, I have nothing negative to say about colonial, I feel like he really did try/care. But I don’t understand why I or anyone else was continuously sent older batches if they knew there was a problem? I know someone else mentioned the floaters on his forum, but my first floater was in august of last year.
I guess it would have been nice after sending pictures and videos of proof of floaters via email, to maybe ensure I got a new batch with new filters so it didn’t happen 3 times.
I know you're handling this with class and don't want to down talk him but damn. The first time is a shit happens and he seemed like he handled it well with you but 1 more time means he's not giving a fuck no matter what his response is and a 3rd time is way past inexcusable.
I don't mess with sst but the source admits he fucks up and they still cover him tells me all I need to know about that place.
Even though I don't use the dude, thanks for bringing it to everyone's attention and by the way you're handling it there shouldn't be any doubt it's on the level.

I'm impartial to one board vs another board. Stupid gang-like mentality. Wherever the source is posted up, if they don't got extensive testing, if they don't take care of any issues that come up properly, that's the red flags.
Thanks man, I appreciate it. I really don’t like to be confrontational. I try to avoid it any time it’s possible.
After seeing how he handled it the first time, providing proof of refiltering everything, plus giving me credit I felt like I couldn’t even be mad, just glad that I caught it.
But after the second and third time I do see everyone’s point about it being inexcusable. Especially since there were other people who brought it up late last year. Like I said, I’m not really sure why the older batches were still being used.
Either way, I’m just glad I could potentially help out a few people who might have otherwise missed a floater.
He admitted here. SST doesn’t care though. They consider Colonial “there’s” and if guys have a legitimate complaint on another forum oh-fucking-well.
We are all bigger than one board. We’re all part of a bigger community. If supported each other better this kind of crap from sources wouldn’t happen.
love how you guys play this us vs them mentality when it comes to sources and memmber boards. its very culty and pathetic. sst members do care, but doesnt seem like they were informated about this issue till member made a thread. now im sure both forums will be notified about this situation . i order from here and sst and i really havent ever had issues with neither places.

SST is a mess because a ton of those guys are just totally uninterested in the science part of this game. The Syn MENT thing is a perfect example. The fact that nobody thought of the blood test assay as a possible culprit means that the people there just aren’t up to the challenge of understanding the chemistry and biology of how this shit works. Not everyone needs to be a egghead, but look at the quality of knowledge here vs there. We’ve got guys who have worked in GMP labs, have post graduate degrees in chemistry, or have been around long enough to see everything. Sources over there get away with so much more because nobody knows any better. It’s a shame, because those guys don’t deserve to get scammed or get sent bad gear. But nobody cares enough to put in the effort to make it better.

You didn’t read my last paragraph I guess. This is exactly what I’m referring to. You’d rather direct your frustration at me instead of posting a “WTF” to Colonials thread. @justsnoob is a MESO member and pointed it out over there. Your mod’s reaction was “yawn, wHeRe’S yOuR pRoOf”.
It’s not “us against them” but you all need to hold sources accountable too rather than giving them the benefit of the doubt. How much bitcoins do you think Colonial is making? This is a hack mistake. Hold his ass to the fire.

Yea. I saw that AFTER he was ASKED to post a pic. You guys need “evidence”.
I also see where it’s downplayed. “One instance out of 100s of vials”.
He had a fuzz vial then was sent replacements that had floaters. That’s fucked up. UGL is just going thru the motions at that point.

I'm not going to get involved in drama between which board is good which board is bad. I explained the whole situation on SST and have given a summary on this thread also.
I take complete responsibility for those older batches which weren't re-inspected properly by my team. In hindsight, I shouldn't have even bothered going through re-inspection and trashed them. Even a couple vials slipping through re-inspection is unacceptable. I did publicly post asking for people with those batches to email me when it was first brought up months ago when we chose to go the re-inspection route. I upgraded all our filters to prevent any sort of fraying of filters in the future. We regularly replace filters now at 50-60% of their expected life now for further peace of mind.
The forum shouldn't dictate the quality of the source. Sources have a track record of testing, customer service, etc. This is a tarnish in our track record. Use it as a datapoint to judge before ordering from us. It is one data point. It leads to improvement on my end. I'm perfectly fine with everyone going against us based off this. At the end of the day quality will attract customers. And this will lead to us improving our quality further. There's a reason we have the customers we do and it is because of our quality.

If you had an actual issue and posted, I’d be the very first person to have your back. MESO looks out for members over sources. Sources make $10s of thousands a month. Fuck them. Members get burned for $200 and deserve to have that made right.
You think a source needs to be protected against one guy making a claim? Why? That’s the retarded view. Imagine being a guy with an issue on SST. It sucks being attacked by other members when all you want is a lousy vial replaced.

edit: I guess I should really point out that MESO isn’t a “source” board. It’s a “harm reduction” site. We view things a bit differently as a result.
