Keep in mind that you'll have to eat twice as much egg white to get an equivalent amount of protein as using whole eggs, since the yolk contains half of the overall protein. You're also losing out on almost all of the vitamins and iron.Ok so being almost 50 years old and a lover of tren I've decided to play it safe and opt for egg whites instead of whole eggs. It's more money, but can't put a price on heart health right! I'm off to find egg whites In bulk now. Thanks for all the input folks![]()
Fat from the yolks isn't bad -- you just have to work your macros around it.
