How many eggs is TOO many?

Ok so being almost 50 years old and a lover of tren I've decided to play it safe and opt for egg whites instead of whole eggs. It's more money, but can't put a price on heart health right! I'm off to find egg whites In bulk now. Thanks for all the input folks :)
Keep in mind that you'll have to eat twice as much egg white to get an equivalent amount of protein as using whole eggs, since the yolk contains half of the overall protein. You're also losing out on almost all of the vitamins and iron.

Fat from the yolks isn't bad -- you just have to work your macros around it.

All egg cholesterol is in the yoke.. only benefit from eating 36 egg whites is protein. Seems like a cumbersome way to get protein
 
Eggs don't give me bloat or gas, but shakes do. Even the best of the best iso whey will make me produce gawd awful, room clearing stinkers. My gut health is the best it's ever been and I don't want to fuck it up with shakes.

Let me know if you find egg whites in bulk at a good deal.. I’m eating about 2cup daily eggs/whites.. 6egg and a pour of whites.
 
I use to eat 40 egg whites a day. At one point I was even using lanas egg whites in my shakes. But I would be farting really nasty bombs [emoji100] [emoji90] [emoji378] at the gym while training clients. So I stopped eating that many.

But now I eat none and don’t even eat dairy and feel way better.

See I eat a lot of whole eggs and almost zero gas, but chicken breast and rice and I'm dropping bombs like crazy! I'm fucking sick of chicken anyways lol. Love me eggs and tuna though and milk ;)
 
So I've been doing some reading online about eggs and heart health and some studies say eggs are great and some studies say that too many can be just as bad for your heart as smoking lol! Being an ex smoker I find that VERY hard to believe, but I'm no doctor. I ask because I'm thinking of trying a new diet that's mostly eggs, 36 per day to be exact. I love eggs and can eat all day long, but I've never tried something like this so just asking what others here think?
Brother please read te studys more carefully, eggs in general arent bad, what is bad or more likely could be bad is the yellow in the egg.
The studys or more likely most of these studys say the yellow inside the egg could possible harm you, but not the eggwhite.

You can eat 100 eggwhites a day or 500 without any sides or harms (if you dont ignore your greens) every day.

Eggwhite or eggs in general are good because of one simple reason, the Bioavailability.

There is no food with such a high Bioavailability then eggs.
Which means the body absorbs 99% of the nutrients of the egg

Yeah I got so sick of chicken too. My dad owns a restaurant and I would bring home boxes of eggs and chicken all the time. But now I’m 100% plant based so I don’t have that problem [emoji23]

What’s funny is I feel like I have more food choices now vs back then. So many foods I never even heard of.
 
I'm between 20-30 eggs daily and feeling great. Doing blood work soon too.

I'm not trying to go all "organic free range hippy" here. I just keep reading articles about free range eggs helping cholesterol. Of course I am skeptical of these articles and would love to see a real life example.

Nah I just buy cheap xl eggs. Still got vitamins and such, but lacking in omega 3 so I take fish oil pills. When money ain't so tight I'll start buying the more expensive omega 3 eggs with the dark orange yolk.

You guys in lockdown over there? I hear houses are pretty cheap there now lol.

Fuckin locked like fuckin padlocks... gyms are closed, one of the safest places, while buses full of fuckin people, in front of schools you see ED fuckin hundreds of brainless morons disrespecting safety rules etc... but they lock gyms...
