I can assure you if you reform police power, eliminate qualified immunity, make the 4th amendment extremely strong, get rid of K9 search dogs for drugs(bombs would be okay), make it so a cop can never enter your home or vehicle unless someones life is immediately at risk of death, have a policy of only seizing any drugs and destroying them without any charges, let everyone out of prison that is in for non-violent crimes(murder, rape, assault, robbery will stay locked up), eliminate thousands of non-violent criminal laws.
Tear down every statue and monument dedicated to evil confederate fucks.
Run higher education on a shoestring budget, eliminate everything that isn't cost effective, fire tenured professors that won't accept less pay, cut job after job and only focus on actual education so people can get the skills they need for employment.
You see the key to fixing this nation isn't spending more money, it's spending less, far less money, simplifying the process, getting rid of those that think they are owed a certain standard of living.
None of this stuff I just mentioned costs money, it will end up saving you money.
Most importantly we get rid of these leftist ideas of Marxism and rioting because at some point with the government with extremely limited authority and the cost of essential(and only essential) goods are driven down, you open the markets to everyone, not just a well kept upper crust. It's not about championing Capitalism, the system as we know it is obviously broken, merit is mostly a bullshit pie in the sky notion that ends up fucking a lot of people in the ass because they can't seem to measure up to arbitrary gate-keeping expectations.
Downsizing is what this country needs, from top to bottom, shrink the fuck out of this place so everyone can get access.

I don't think you need blood and guts in the streets to bring the power hungry elites to their knees. You simply say "no".
