How many eggs is TOO many?

So I've been doing some reading online about eggs and heart health and some studies say eggs are great and some studies say that too many can be just as bad for your heart as smoking lol! Being an ex smoker I find that VERY hard to believe, but I'm no doctor. I ask because I'm thinking of trying a new diet that's mostly eggs, 36 per day to be exact. I love eggs and can eat all day long, but I've never tried something like this so just asking what others here think?

I feel like eggs are something that is good or bad for you depending on what year it is, Like coffee. All these BS nutrition studies cherry pick shit to demonstrate results that may or may not be true and depend on a variety of factors.

Here's what I know about eggs. They have lots of cholesterol, The good cholesterol in eggs outweighs the bad cholesterol. Also they have some magic enzyme that limits the impact of bad cholesterol in the eggs anyway.

They are not as bad as smoking, And the impact on cholesterol has to be FAR less than any AAS you may be using. If you can stomach 36 eggs, Eat them.

This. You can find 100 studies that say they kill you and 100 more that say they cure cancer. If they work for you, you don’t feel like shit, and your bloods are fine, I wouldn’t worry about it.

Exactly what I was thinking, thanks for the reply brother :)

Eggs have cholesterol. Cholesterol is essential. If you eat foods high in cholesterol, your body makes less of it. If you don't it increases. Eggs seem to raise "good cholesterol", while lowering "bad cholesterol". HDL and LDL respectively. Neither of which are really "cholesterol".
Lecithin is the magic enzyme in eggs that seems to limit absorption.
I feel what your saying though bro. Eggs... eat em up. I eat half a dozen on most days. Scrambled with some spinach and hot sauce.
36 a day, I've never tried. 2 cups egg whites give me disgusting gas.

36 eggs is more cholesterol than the body produces. More cholesterol into more testosterone, thats the theory. Try it out. Maybe take bloods, report back.

Eggs don't bother me anymore. I've really cleaned up my diet the past 6 months and I think that's why. I do 8-12 every morning scrammbled with small amount of butter and sliced chicken deli meat. Whole eggs give me gas so not sure why scrambled don't. Ok starting next week it's 36 eggs per day and i picked 36 because I get them In double packs of 36 and I'll be adding a lot of quality deli meat daily as well AND 2 litres milk per day. Very basic diet, but quality protein/fats/carbs/calories. I welcome feedback, thanks :)

No such thing as too many eggs... I would probably get tired of them after eating 36 everyday though. You need to get your cholesterol from a wide variety of sources... Gotta eat steak in between the eggs, throw some whole milk in there...drop acid, get freaky.

36 eggs per day...

Some studies say white, some studies say black...
Eggs are wonderful food... I simply think we should keep things balanced in our lives. And eating 36 eggs per day is not.

I eat 5 egg whites every morning.
I eat 5 whole eggs scrambled in microwave with 1/4 cup shredded cheese “for flavor and texture “ every day at 10:00 Am. I have read that only 10% of the cholesterol in your body comes from food you eat, the rest is made by your body. I think I’m going to up it to 6 eggs when I bulk over winter.

Deli meat is gonna wreck ur sodium levels, and all the fake shit they out into it, nitrates and what not..... Just sayin,

This is where the whole "Personal experience may vary" thing comes into play.

I've eaten 1.5lbs of Black Forest ham a day for over a year straight now. Zero negative impact. I can tolerate it enough to keep eating it, So I do. Just like 36 eggs for the OP.

True enough bro. I'm trying to keep sodium low so thanks for pointing this out. Oh well back to scrambled with tuna :p

Ok so being almost 50 years old and a lover of tren I've decided to play it safe and opt for egg whites instead of whole eggs. It's more money, but can't put a price on heart health right! I'm off to find egg whites In bulk now. Thanks for all the input folks :)
