PED's leading up to a meet

For me it’s gona depend on where my weights at. If I can afford to gain then it’s test and nandrolone, ester depends on time frame. If I can’t gain or have to cut then low test maybe tren. Either way halo the last few weeks on big attempts and meet day
I like halo but it makes my knees shake during squat. And makes my equilibrium off so I sometimes loose my balance at the top.

I do like halo, but sometimes all it does to me is keeps me focused. I don't get amped and excited for a lift like I do with test.

I can’t say I’ve experienced that, definitely feel a bit off if I don’t eat enough on it.

Same for me (My Halo experience is very limited)
But even from 10mg Halo PWO, I was a bit shaky since I didnt eat any carbs.

If I follow my usual carb load 1 hour before I lift, 20mg Halo treats me well.

Enough food was never an issue for me with halo but enough fluid absolutely was. It never affected my form but it did give me dry mouth and I just felt a bit off. Still a net positive but I could tell a difference the days I didn't hydrate well enough.

Yeah I definitely get a bit drier when I take it preworkout consistently. Also, I feel like it actually improves my form. Keeps me "grounded" mentally in a way.

What kind of TNE dose would you guys runs for a meet?
That’s definitely gonna vary from person to person. So I’d highly suggest testing it before meet day. Generally, if you’ve never used it I’d say start at 50mg and adjust for desired effect. Just be aware that you might crash about 6 hours after pinning.

This may be a weird question. People talk about using tne as pwo or something to that effect but has anyone tried using it for recovery like using it several houra post or something like that?
From personal experience I’ve found using TNE 100mg pre workout has some recovery effects. I don’t feel as bad after very heavy training seems to mitigate some of the stress. I can’t explain it exactly but I don’t feel so beat up day after when I use TNE
