How do you guys run your compounds say 4 weeks out till meet week and day?

For me it’s gona depend on where my weights at. If I can afford to gain then it’s test and nandrolone, ester depends on time frame. If I can’t gain or have to cut then low test maybe tren. Yeah I definitely get a bit drier when I take it preworkout consistently. Also, I feel like it actually improves my form. Keeps me "grounded" mentally in a way.Enough food was never an issue for me with halo but enough fluid absolutely was. It never affected my form but it did give me dry mouth and I just felt a bit off. Still a net positive but I could tell a difference the days I didn't hydrate well enough.
That’s definitely gonna vary from person to person. So I’d highly suggest testing it before meet day. Generally, if you’ve never used it I’d say start at 50mg and adjust for desired effect. Just be aware that you might crash about 6 hours after pinning.What kind of TNE dose would you guys runs for a meet?

From personal experience I’ve found using TNE 100mg pre workout has some recovery effects. I don’t feel as bad after very heavy training seems to mitigate some of the stress. I can’t explain it exactly but I don’t feel so beat up day after when I use TNEThis may be a weird question. People talk about using tne as pwo or something to that effect but has anyone tried using it for recovery like using it several houra post or something like that?
