Here's what he says:
You eat in a surplus of 300 Cal's for 12 days, and that's a lb of fat. 3600 Cal's obviously is 100 Cal's over a lb. BUT DOESN'T A LOW CALORIC SURPLUS EQUAL LEAN GAINS???
He said eating in a caloric surplus makes you fat, and you should eat at maintenance to gain muscle! WHAT???
He also said you can gain muscle in a Caloric deficet! If this is all true than I know nothing about diet after all...
