Oh man I don't know if they have it. I've never been to Costco. We have Sam's. From what I've seen posted over the yrs Costco has better brands than Sam's. So I just assumed that's where you got it.

I like costco...but its more $$$
I bought a membership at costco for 1 yr in addition to my long time Sams membership. I requested a refund for it after 1 month. It was fun to shop there but i ALWAYS ALWAYS spent more for the same groceries. Since that was the whole point of a wholesale membership i got my refund and havent reconsidered at all.
In my mind the only advantage of costco is their gasoline. Its a top tier fuel member and its fuel is treated with detergents to meet the top tier requirements. So its superior fuel compared to Sams...but i can get that same top tier fuel at QT, Exxon, Shell or Valero.
So for me its cut and dry

Just a bulk, I'm going to keep the diet the same just add meals. Hoping to gain as little fat a possible. Still pretty new to all of this. This is the first real cut I've ever done.

I just ate similar except ground beef and green peppers ... change around the spices and hot sauces ... all good and works

I cook all ground meat with chopped green bell peppers and onions cooked into the meat for flavor. Meat is blah without it imo.

I agree with that and I use green peas with chicken breast give a nice flavor together

Really? that is surprising to hear. Did you previously follow any sort of macros/diet at all or just eat intuitively and hit the iron?
