Is it illegal to buy raw SERMs and SARMs?

I am thinking it is illegal to import them internationally no matter what, but are they illegal to buy domestic in their raw form?

As far as I'm aware of, SARM's remain unscheduled, which means they are legal.

I know a politician was trying to pass a control act, but I don't know whether he/she was successful or not.

I am disputing your assertion that the trafficking of "unscheduled" drugs is categorically legal. Many supplement companies would like you to think so but it is not.

let's not forget that most guys importing unscheduled raws are not declaring them at their real value for duty purposes etc and ordering them using payment methods that probably qualify as laundering.

AFAIK only a few SARMs are banned in Australia, and "legal" in the States or EU.

Now what legal means
even plain salt (Sodium chloride) needs to meet certain regulations to be sold for human consumption, so do SARM supplements.

If sold as "research chemicals" they don't need to meet any of those requirements, but will still need to be declared.
