Waking up to Eat

The past 3 months I have been waking up 2x a night and 50 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs. I am stopping this habit and making sure I eat only while awake and not munching when I get up. Is there a any adverse effects, In waking up in the middle of the night to eat.

Does anyone else do this? Does it help you bulk better?

Either way I stopped doing this for this cycle. Since I am not bulking.
 
Man I don’t understand how or why but I wake up every night around 2-230 to eat. When I wake up I’m so hungry I almost feel nauseous. Most of the time I don’t even take a leak, just straight to the fridge and right back to bed. If I don’t eat I wake up for work at 5 feeling even sicker till I get something in my stomach.

EXACTLY, its ridiculous. And I am half asleep shoving food in my mouth. I dont even remember doing it sometimes. Except I wake up with dishes in the sink.

My stomach actually hurts though because how hungry I get. Then I pass out right after. I do gt acid reflux.

I have stopped doing this the past 7 days expect last night. I woke up a 2 am and had 2 bowls in ice cream. I need to not do this. The 7 days I hevent I cut weight and gained good muscle. So I will make sure to not get up to eat no matter how crappy I feel if I dont.
 
When I midnight eat I try to eat protein not carbs. If you are eating some eggs or meat it is probably benefitial. Now ice cream and cookies may not be such a good thing. Are you craving sugar when u wake up hungry? I know the body dumps GH while u sleep . I have heard it happens at about 1am on someone who is sleeping by 10pm Hope this helps.

Usually happens to me when I don’t eat my last meal of the day.

I just got right for the breyers fugde vanilla swirl Ice cream....Its like heaven. Or I have greek yogurt
