I can tote a pack for a good bit....or could back then. Not sure now as I haven't tried. But runs always killed me. Best 2 mile time was a 14 minute flat and that made me vomit for a long while. I despise cardio. Bores me and i suck at it.
I still ruck, I normally go once a week just to stay in practice. I sure in the hell don’t do the 15min per mile standard though. My best 2 mile was in the thirteen time frame. The one cardio/running thing I always liked was body armor runs, we used to do them through the CrossFit trails. Most bases have these nature/CrossFit trails built on them now, there actually pretty cool.

You work in the printing industry? Like big presses with a roll tender and a flyman/ink tender, and a cutter wheel at the end of the run that feeds into a jogger for people to stack it off into boxes?

Started as a material handler and ended up as a roll tender for the world largest press company.

We loaded paper, inked , slitted (cutter wheel) and then fed into drop stackers. Exactly how you described.

Our presses were 3 stories tall, over 120 foot long , and 8 units that printed. Made Walmart, basspro, ikea, rest-hardware, and even more

Now I am running a small press by myself, so easy lol

You're a fucking machinist? I grew up in that trade running a old school mill and a lathe. Changing collets, learning to "bump" for zero, changing rpm to match the materials and tools...loved that job. I love things that require super precision.

Somebody else builds aircraft parts in here....same thing, scary close tolerances. Love that shit. Much respect to all the tradesmen/craftsmen.

We got machinists, drivers, retired service men, and who knows what else. Meso could start a fucking self sufficient compound and have "church" at the gym!
I was born for that trade. My dad was a machinist too. He started there when he came home from WW2 and worked there till he retired in 1971. I was born the next year.
I miss my job but I don’t miss the way the company is turning out. Fucking dudes in suits that never saw a real days work make decisions that effect 100’s of real blue collar workers. Workers that built this country. Close down plants, move shit out of state, all because they don’t want there kids going to the inner city schools. My town has followed the path of Detroit. It sickens me to think about it. In the mean time they raise the taxes to the point that property value has dropped.
I’m about ready to follow my daughter to Miami! But I’m not for sure a country fuck like myself would like it down there either. Just seems like my breed of ppl are loosing their homeland.
Ok rant over. Lol

Come out west, I’ve lived all over this country and no place is better then the west. We are losing our homeland, you should be angry and start taking steps to take it back.

I know all about your job because i worked for a place like that doing maintenance. Dangerous shit and hot af with ovens drying ink.

Agreed. Those that matter don't make the decisions and those that make the decisions don't matter.

Yeah the worst part is any “mess up” isn’t a cut or scrap, it’s a broken arm or you lose it completely lol.

I did maintenance for awhile before I left the plant in Indiana.

I really hate it, but I am extremely good at press work. (Some might say expert :D). Since I’ve been here I’ve gotten 2 raises (only here 2.5 months)

Saw a guy leave a T wrench in a unit then jog it changing plates. Pierced his arm with the handle of the T wrench. Wasn't there to witness it but was in shift when it happened. Saw the wound. Nasty.

Also heard a bout a female's hair getting sucked in static thru a roller and it scalped her.

Question for some guys who know primo. For a cruise can you just run primo or should you always have some other test like c or e with it as well. And by cruise I mean like 500 a week primo lol for 10-12 weeks

McGregors major issue is his cardio, not that mines any good but I’m not a professional. He has the talent but lacks any significant stamina. I can throw solid for 3 rounds, after that I’m in trouble, I however can defend pretty well. My strategy is KO you soon as possible or pull my gun and do real work :D
Which is what he should’ve done to Mayweather. I knew and so did Mayweather and everyone else that all he had to do was take McGregor outside of his short time limit and he’d win.

Shit that was Bridget lol. She was HR after that lol.

My aunt actually lost 3 fingers working there. And there was a lady who lost a leg from a roll clamp truck.

Fought a press fire for over 2 hours before as well lol

It suppresses natural test production, so you’ll want to run some form of test.

I love the ground beef with rice. That’s my go to.

I’m behind again so this may pop in way out of context for the current conversation but I gotta throw my vote in for beans.

I’ve spent a fair amount of time in some places where anything outside of some basic seafood is absolutely a luxury and in all those places one common ingredient was beans. I think they are one of the most underrated protein sources we have. Yes they aren’t to the level of meat but they are incredibly cheap and really versatile.

I’m cruising on 150 mg/week test and 400 mg/week Primo and I love it. Just finished week 5 of 15. First time doing this with primo and I noticed a difference in appearance after 3-4 weeks. Maintaining size and strength while reducing calories. It’s a great use for it.
