Potatoes are easy and the rice is my only concern. But from here I can tweak the diet to make it easier. I just wanted a base to work off of. Now I can see little tweaks to make it easier.

Here’s what I’m doing to maybe help you get some ideas.
For protein I’m eating 1.5 lbs chicken breast, 4 cups of whites, 6 scoops of whey isolate per day for 7 meals which puts me around 350g protein per day. Carbs I’m about 500g per day, fats are low around 50-60g.
Just to get an idea of how I lay out my meal plan:
Meal 1
2 cups whites, 2 omega-3 whole eggs, 2 pieces Ezekiel toast
Meal 2-preworkout
1 muffin, 3 scoops whey
Intra- 2 scoops granite nutrition Recovery(40g carbs from cyclic dextrin, 10g eaa’s)
Meal 3 postworkout
2 cups whites, 3 cups Chex cereal, 1 cinnamon raisin bagel
Meal 4
6 oz. chicken breast, 12 oz jasmine rice
Meal 5
8 oz. chicken breast, 8 oz jasmine rice
Meal 6
8 oz. chicken breast, 8 oz jasmine rice
Meal 7
2 cups whites, 3 cups Chex cereal
