Using the Navy calculator i get 31% Bodyfat which looks like alot?
Im 5'9 3/4 172lbs 32 years old
with a random tape measure I get
Waist 36 ( but I wear 33 or 34 )
Hips 40
Neck 16

I mean 31% sounds fat to me yet im in my surrouding the smalest Man...
other #s
flexed :
forarms 13''
Bicept 14''
Calf 13''
thigh 22''
wirst 7.5''
wear a size 9 shoes

I weigh 255lbs right now and wear 34 pants but I'm 6'2. Size 15 shoe though. My feet are 15lbs, haha.
It's hard to tell but 31% sounds very high for your measurements, probably wrong....

i guess my waist is fucked up, most ppl my height who wears 34pants are 200lbs. thats ptretty weird? my mom always said i had a nice butt XD

Did you accidentally click "female" for your gender? I just looked that up and it only asks about hips for females. Gave me a high number until I clicked "male" and now it sounds pretty accurate.

Body fat is tough to tell and every calculator, bio-impedance device, caliper will give a different result. I did the calipers and supposedly paid for someone who knows how to use them. I carry all my fat in my chest and stomach. I was super low body fat everywhere but those 2 places. When they add the numbers up I came in quite low with a soft gut. Now if I was to do it again the results would be different as they may not punch at the same spots..

Anyways long story short, I believe Dexa is the most accurate way to measure BF

With your build it's going to be extremely difficult to determine bodyfat percentage. I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much.
what about my build?

Looking at your pics, you're pretty soft.. I would say mid 20's anyway maybe higher.. You're definitely not 13%. You would have some abs visible and some veins...
You cant phisycaly grab fat on me unless im sitting or maybe the tip of my tits on a bad day, but I do have that Beer belly ( hard belly) going on XD

what about my build

You don't have significant lean mass... Estimating via photograph is difficult, if not impossible, when there isn't a decent amount of lean mass.

Same goes on the other end of the spectrum.
