Okay, @balco I see where you posted pictures of a vial that was more than half empty. Thus I assume( I am a dumb cunt) had been drawn from multiple times. This leads me to believe that the rubber pieces in the bottle are from YOU drawing from it. I have had this happen to me before from another source, I was using too big of a draw needle I think. There are a lot of pieces in you vial and it sucks. You got refunded and I think that is that.

Now I'll go on about my cunty time enjoying myself in here.
