Offset desensitization to clen/albut.
Curious as you probably keep up with it more than me but is there any literature out there supporting the need for keto with albuterol since it's such a short half life unlike clen that stays in your system for over 24 hours.

I see albuterol similar to ephedrine with regards to half life and systemic effects.

My understanding is it's still a "yes" as you take multiple doses of albut. / day, so the halflife is somewhat irrelevant.

I could see that since one would certainly being utilizing the albuterol most of the waking hours and 6-8 hours (or less probably, lol) of sleep might not be enough time to reset before the next dose. Compound that over weeks and an eventual suppression is likely.

I believe desensitization is the issue, not as much suppression (although I know what you mean). If you take one dose pre-bed, whihc most do, that'll almost give you 24 hours/day on albuterol..
 
I know you what meant, lol, and you know what I meant. About 99.9% of the time we always post just about the same responses. Twins? Idk. Maybe.

So I definitely didnt update you guys.

To summarize:

Test Cyp - 750 (until pulled prior to Nats)
EQ - 600 (started 20 out and now about to be completely gone 4 weeks out)
Mast E - 400 (added at 6 weeks and will switch to P in the future)
Tren Ace - 400 (added at 8 weeks and will be ramped a bit then cut after qualifiers and readded for Nats)
Primo - 200 (added at 6 weeks, for now as we aren’t digging too deep, will definitely go up)
Winny - 50mg (added at 6 weeks)
Growth - 5iu (split into fasted AM and PreWO)
slin - 6iu (PreWO, dictated by carbs)

The the future:
Prov - 50mg (think this is being added this week)
Anadrol - as needed either for rebound growth after the qualifiers to max myself into LHW or to stay full near the show
Halo - as needed, closer to nationals

Aromasin and Arimidex have been as needed for estrogen control, will spike near nats

Phew...that’s a lot.

Are you keeping the GH and insulin in all the way through the qualifier? I've done that myself successfully when you don't have to be 100% to win.

I imagine your coach will pull the GH 1-2 weeks out from Nats to reduce/remove potential water retention issues. The insulin will go also and be saved for loading during that last phase before the stage. Of course, that's a long game to play with you having prejudging Friday morning and the finals late Sat.

I think we’re carrying damn near everything through the qualifier. But that is of course up to him. Nats, it’ll be optimizing all of it for the stage look.

I believe this particular Nats show is a one day show for bodybuilders..

That's the way to have it. The NA's is the best of the the pro qualifiers imo. It may not be the big title fanciest but a pro card is a pro card.

If I wasn’t considering a nose dive to MW I wouldnt care so much...but that could be make or break.

Phil Viz is one of James' coaches.

tren ace 100mg EOD

mast prop 100mg EOD

sus 125mg EOD

primo 150mg EOD

Aromasin 25mg EOD

tamoxifen 10mg EOD

gh 2 iu still 4 x daily

pre breakfast

pre gym

post gym

pre bed

insulin (amount dependent on food that day)
pre and post gym

clen 40mcg daily

t4 100mcg daily

so scaled back sus

dropped NPP and anadrol

so this morning I just wanted to highlight how there really was not peaking plan for the show just gone

it was a case if wake up pics… drink this much .. resend pics.. what’s weight.. ok ..eat this… now pose and chill… repeat.

every single meal was adjusted depending on how Phil felt I was looking

we are nothing out of the ordinary

carb sources were white rice , cream if rice , rice cakes and a white bread bun

we used just 5iu of insulin with the bun meal that contained 8oz of beef and I had 1 cup of Cream if rice 30 minutes prior to that.. that was meal 3 if the day at around 1 30pm and that was my last meal be for stage at around 6pm

waking meal was simple

4 eggs and 6 oz steak with 2 cupsof cooked rice

m2 was 8 oz steak and veg

so as you can see it was fucking simple hahaha

water was typcially 4 oz with meals 1 2 and 3 and 8oz between meals 1 and 2

then we limited from 3 onwards

I used only half a Diazide the evening be for the show at around 11pm ..

kept sipping water through the night

baseline weight forthis show (lowest day of) was 253.4lbs

by the time I.hit stage was sitting around 255 imagine

This seems VERY low for a 255lb shredded dude coached by Phil....

I’ll just come out and say it. No way.
