What’s your first meal of the day ??

Off day breakfast :

About 20min after waking up:

3 scoops whey iso (60g protein)

2 hours later :

3 whole eggs
Mushrooms
Spinach
Tomatoes
Red onion
1 everything bagel
Cream cheese

Today:
2 scoops protein powder
1cup blueberries
Collagen powder
Flax
Fairlife Whole Milk
1 slice of Dave’s Killer Bread(powerseed)
1/2 avocado
2 poached eggs
Valentina Hot Sauce(Muy picante)

egg whites + whole eggs
oats
banana

I actually cook this meal the night before. It may sounds gross to some to do this, especially for the oats (being cooked then put away in fridge). But it is incredibly easy and quick to eat and actually taste good. I still microwave the food in the morning. For those strapped for time, try it out. Cooking oats the morning of can take a long time to eat bcuz its so fucking hot. Ever since I've been making my oats the night before, I can slam my breakfast down in like 2 mins and get off to work.

I’m a big fan of overnight oats. That’s been my breakfast many of many days when I worked swing shift especially and sleep patterns were all screwed up. I’d wake up at 2am eat go lift go home shower and back to sleep wake back up at 8 and go to work. Worst schedule ever

Im up around 430 and don’t like to wake the wife up and can eat on the clock. Means i don’t eat until work which means 90mins or so from waking up to first meal so have to make up for lost time.
What do you mean make up for lost time? You mean the 90 mins of being awake or are you fasted for 18+ hours by the time you get up?

I get up at 345 have egg white shake 40g and table spoon olive oil then head to gym. Done at gym around 5 and eat breakfast 1.5hrs later 6 egg whites and 2 cups white rice

What would anyone change up?

2 - organic whole eggs
3 - turkey bacon uncured
2 - slices fat free cheese
200g - 100% liquid egg whites
2 - english muffins OR 2 - packets oats (lower sugar Quaker)

Based on 300g protein 200 carbs 60g fat

Does anyone drink water in between meals?

Supposedly if water is consumed during a meal it dilutes stomach acids, so in theory it takes longer for the meal to be broken down. I’ve never gone to this extreme but I’ve heard guys putting down 8K+ calories a day use this and wondering if someone here has?

You mean they don't drink any water with meals? I don't think I could finish a meal without at least glass or two.

I’m not 100% sure on that. Maybe once you get to the crazy food intake. I usually stuff my face followed by a small sip or two to help break it down in my mouth, especially chicken.

Yeah it depends on the meal I guess. Chicken Breast I need water. If you look at competitive eaters they use tons of water to get more food in. So it makes even less sense.
