Fuck dude!! That is my next project...my legs. I don't put near enough focus on them...not like I used to. I was a D1 college soccer player, and use to have some wheels, but they are definitely my most lagging body part now. That, and fuckin rear delts

My rear delts used to be a weak point. Now I start with them on shoulder day and they blew up. 4 or 5 sets of 20 to get em filled with blood. Sometimes I go rear side front delts and others rear front side delts. Now my shoulders are prob my best muscle getting tons of compliments.... that's always a good feeling haha.

Some are blaming usps for weeks long delays. Usps delays are a day or 2. Just clarifying i do not have those problems. I drop my packs the night they are paid. We all know this.
