i had ordered in the end of december , received tracking shortly, i waited a few days and started repeatedly contacting them since the shipping label created stay how it was since it was created, over a period of days i had asked over 16 times ill attach pictures of the latest.The same issue has been faced by multiple people, since their so called "freight company" cant handle a few packs.
Now after he multiple times supposedly "urged the freight company to pick it up" over a period of 10-15 days yet they did not and no update.
finally when i explicitly told i will post a REVIEW of the situation on the forum, the update finally somehow appears, this is not the case for me yet many people in this forum 2 latest ive found but i assume many people who dont publicly make post are facing the same urging u all to tell it here.
Now i asked for a refund since thats what i would prefer, since if they reship they will do after holidays and which takes another month to arrive with their quite literally 50/50 delivery rate to US compared to other vendors who have a 99% success rate
I was told refund is not possible only reshipment.
Last time hyb faced this issue yura told he will offer refund or reshipment based on customers choice @Yura(HYB) now i am telling hyb must do the same again.

a post where an order wasn't received in 4 MONTHS!!?? is this negligence or what are they doing
i might as well build my own hgh factory and make hgh and finish my cycle within this time
they are only reviewing once an customer posts some people who r afraid to , it takes them years to get the months and years for the order?
no we aren't living in the 1950's , i have seen other chinese vendor shipping within days for FREE OR JUST 20$ shipping fees at max.
this is just a few pins in the haystack
this is not the only problem with them , then comes customer service a customer explicityly ordered 5 boxes asking would he would receive black hgh kits but received yellow ones. so they are now lying too?
@Yura(HYB) i now urge how u "urge your freight company" to give me a refund , yes a refund not a reshipment to me and likewise what others choose based on their CHOICE not yours. i cant wait 5 months for an order. I want a refund.
they took extra orders of their hgh 50iu or 100 or wtv,tested and customers thought they will receive that while that got out of stock and new untested batch will take who knows how long to come
