I’d like to find the article I read a few years ago which basically said it’s a waste byproduct but couldn’t locate it, but I came across this: The Whole Truth About Soy LecithinReally? I thought lecithin was supposed to be good for you? And it is a good source of phosphatic acid which is in a lot of natty pump products. I better look into this...
I had this same issue and I mentioned it quite often here a couple summers ago.I think mine is the Eq. It’s more than just a numbness dude it legit fucking hurts. I believe it a combination of that and work.

My doctor believes it’s the ulnar nerve being compressed probably by increased vascularity and muscle mass in a short period of time. It’s not AS bad as it was a few weeks ago but man. It was miserable for like a month and got worse and worse. Finally seems to be easing up. It starts right unnder my elbow and runs down the inside of my forearm straight into my ring fingerI had this same issue and I mentioned it quite often here a couple summers ago.
I had a pinched nerve on my back below my shoulder blade. The pain ran under my arm pit and down my arm. It felt like a hot laser! My right arm stayed pumped like I was on SD, and my hand was pins and needles numb for over 3 months .
It finally went away on its own after three or four months!
Hmm, maybe that’s what I had. I’ll never no, but very similar. My doctor believes it’s the ulnar nerve being compressed probably by increased vascularity and muscle mass in a short period of time. Nope, the regular kind with flush. Although I take it at night so I can sleep through the flush.Do you use no flush niacin I was wondering if that works as good

It lasted for about 2 months then woke up one day and it was gone. It’s weird it’s happened twice like that to me.That's sounds more like tendinitis my friend. I get this same problem for months on end from too much pressing movements. I also get the lower neck/upper back numbness and pain every once in a while. No sure if they're related. I recently read that wrist curls can help with the tendinitis
