Fuck dude, that sound fucking miserable. I remember doing a boiler room and having to do above all the pipes. I thought that was bad, but wasn't anywhere near that temp.especially when your in full overalls, helmet, half face mask respirator, gloves, earmuffs, harness and a tool belt

So I finished that school 10 days ahead of schedule. The boss is giving me a couple four story office towers to run next. Over half a million contract for us. If this job goes well, I should keep getting bigger and bigger jobs to run. I'm pretty excited, and rally glad I switched to this other company
Thanks brother, yea the last job I was solo. This one is probably too big to do alone, I'm going to try though. There are a lot of lazy cunts with my company....nice work bro, i hope it all goes well for you.. remember lazy cunts will always be lazy cunts so not all of your targets will be met on every job

I just started going in the mornings, I get up at 3 drive to the city work is at, and hit the gym down there, then go to work. It takes some getting used to, but I feel great after I leave on my way to the job with a pump. I wasn't going during the week before, there are too many people at the gym after work and I had no energy, this way is betterHow do you guys balance training in work? I have a hell of a time training with tool and die just from the schedule demanding I wake up at 5:30am. By the time I can train at 6pm I'm kinda spent. Obviously when you value it you'll still make it happen... but as a student right now I love going into the gym tip top mcgoo. Do you guys have any tips for training? I used to notice chilling at home after work for an hour or so gave me a big bounce back energy wise.
Glad to see you’re still out there hustling my man. Hope you’re still squeezing in some good home time with the family.coper furnace we are about to reline with bricks

I have a wife and kids. I dont like to miss any possible time spent with them so I go in the morning. During the work week I get up st 1:50am. I hit the gym then drive 1 hour to work and start by 5am. All so I can get home around 5pm so I can be with the family. It's the only possible way it works for me. You would be surprised what you can get used to.How do you guys balance training in work? I have a hell of a time training with tool and die just from the schedule demanding I wake up at 5:30am.
