The Cpap machine is a pain in the ass. I toss and turn in bed and break the seal and get blow back every night. On average I get 3 or 4 hours of sleep before taking it off.
I've slept worse since using this machine than before and I notice that now when I sleep without it, I hold my breath a lot more often.
Same thoughts here. Before I looked forward to bed, not anymore. I lay there for the first hour with anxiety and heart flutter before I go to sleep for 3 then pull it off too. We got to do it man. I'm in a sleep apnea support group on Facebook and everyone on there says they couldn't live without it. There days are wrecked. Fall asleep, pass out, no energy. I think we caught it early and that is why we can pull it off , go back to regular pattern of sleep, drink a pre-workout caffeinated beg in the morning and we are good for the day. Those people I spoke of are us in 3-5 years with no treatment. Well, that's what I am guessing!
This whole thing is a fucking disaster.
