About 8 days in on dbol and not too sure if it is really dbol. Usually by this point I am starting to retain water and get good pumps, however no sign of that yet. The only effect it has had on me is giving me a headache...
Calories are above maintenance and 1.5 g of those cals per lb of bodyweight coming from protein.
1.5g of protein per lb? dude your macros must be fucked. that's like bro-science levels of protein. if you're bulking you need more carbs, not protein. look at your diet, not the gear
