Best food to get best pumps

About 45 minutes before I take 20 g powder carbs with 30 g of protein. 15 minutes I take a pre workout. During I sip on 20g carb mix with EAAs.
 
Take a few grams of Celtic or pink salt. 70g+ carbs from cream of rice, 30g protein from isolate and lime 8-12g fat from nut butter.

So that 60-90 min pre.

Intra have some carbs, cyclic dextrin if you can afford it and 8g citrulline Malate. Add 20g essential aminos. Get it from true nutrition or buy arc reactor from granite supps.

Add in 5mg cialis daily
This may sound stupid (I know I'm opening the door), what does the Cialis do?
 
Whatever i can find. Most 0300 sessions is powered by cereal and coffee during the work week.

As of recently i been placing a bigger emphasis on H20 due to the fact i passed out in the middle of a heavy front skwaat...

And i dont need stims or preworkout. Yall couldnt handle me regular. Let alone jacked on mystery powder

1TBSP Almond Butter
50G protein shake

30 minutes pre:
1 scoop Ghost lifestyle pre workout

15 minutes pre - intra workout:
3G citrulline malate
2 cups grape juice or pineapple juice (real shit, not that fruit cocktail shit)
5g creatine mono
1 scoop true nutrition EAAs
1/4 TSP potassium chloride
 
Also, that intra drink, I use 60-90oz of water. Workouts are 75-90 min. I don't eat right away or have a shake, because the large intake of aminos especially eaa negates the need as it's basically taking care of the postworkout window itself!! I just eat when I start to get hungry, usually 60-120mim post

I will give it a try, have access to a script. What do you recommend dosage and timing?

Just take 5mg ed and keep running it. Don't depend on it to be this huge pump booster. Just take it on the daily and allow it the revascularize your tissue. Higher doses can give headaches and blah blah blah.
