How to make use of RMR test results

So I took a RMR test to see where my metabolism is. The results were good imo, but I have a question. The results stated that my metabolism is 11% faster than predicted (which is good) and my body uses 26% energy from carbs and 74% from fats.

It's good to know my metabolism is fast and knows how to use fats, but how can I adjust my macros to optimally burn the most fat?

Currently I am running a pretty substantial deficit with my macros at 265g P 142g C and 106g F (carbs and fat are alternatively lowered each week). My goal is to lose as much fat as possible and retain as much muscle as I can. Thanks

That's a lot of fat imo

60grams of fat maximum if you want to cut fat. And all the fat coming from natural sources. No fried stuff, no ice cream(unless fat free), cheese, pizza, bread, candies etc
Beware of peanut butter that show oils in the ingredient list. But must be kept low anyway.

Say yes to avocadoes, nuts, (meat must be pressed to release as much fat as possible during cooking), and whole foods naturally containing fat. Just keep it below 60

Only 5% of your carbs have probability to turn into fat. Eat clean carbs from whole foods all you want. You going to lose muscle too if you short your carbs or protein.

Yes, you will loose fat faster if on a caloric deficit with low carbs, but you will lose muscle too. If you go the low fat diet with high protein-high carb diet will take longer but you will look better. Up too you

I know what foods to eat but that wasn't my question. I was referring to my individual metabolism based off a RMR test that I took, not general dieting "advice" (your opinion). I have no issues losing weight, but I am looking to optimize my macros intake based off my metabolism. Thanks anyways though, but stick in the steroid section and keep telling everybody how bad test is for you so everybody else should stay away.

Just quit your diet and use as excuse you didn't found dark matter and the EXACT number of macros based on your f#cked up head.

Can't be any more simple:
Eat fat, get fat

But you seems to always find an excuse to get face deep into fried food and find a good excuse to increase your fat consumption above 100grams.

IDIOTS never stop surprising me

Haha...fat makes you fat, huh? You really need to stop giving advice and do more research about everything. Btw, your reading comprehension is terrible and your assumptions are a million miles off. Bye bye dum dum.

It's a shame guys like this kick around and don't leave. He reminds me of GFR in a way.

Unless you believe in ghosts that walk through walls.

Only 5% of carbs have a "chance" to convert to fat. Proteins even lower chances.

But you are smart, you going to increase fat and lower carb and protein to drop fat. Very smart

Right? He seems to know absolutely nothing and spews bullshit constantly. When people don't agree with him, he makes wild claims, like how everybody who runs test has gyno and I am always trying to find an excuse to eat fried foods lol. He can live in his "reality on my ignore list.

Edit- look, that asshole derailed yet another thread.

I just ignored him too. Later homo

I ignored him a while ago but he's in every god damn thread and sometimes I have to click "view ignored comment" to even understand what's going on.

Dietary fat and adipocytes (fat in the body) are 2 different things dumb fuck. They are unfortunate homonyms. Kill yourself

OP, I'm sorry... as far as your question, I don't know how it would be best utilized. I'd imagine that your body may be more efficient running a higher fat diet with the quantitative numbers you supplied, but that's just a guess.

All this basically means is that you're eating more fat than carbs. These results don't necessarily mean you need to adjust macros besides cutting calories to create the deficit.

Are they usually pretty accurate doc? In terms of... is he really eating fats at a 3 to 1 ratio to carbs?

Assuming his numbers are accurate for food intake, he's eating around 550cals of carbs and 950cals of fats. Also consider most activity outside the gym for him is likely to be mainly aerobic vs anaerobic and the numbers on his test results make sense.
