Again, the IFBB does "test" once in a while, but they only tested Mr. Olympia competitors for AAS ONE TIME - 1990 (Diarhetic testing was done in late 90s early 2000s maybe). Aftwr 90, they immediately stopped testing for AAS @ the Olympia bc the dudes looked like crap...then in 91 Dorian Yates makes his 1st appearance ...FREAK SHOW

Were the results ever made public? Did they ever reveal what Shawn Ray tested positive for? Or the names of other athletes who tested positive in 1990?
It was a front by Weider to legitimize bodybuilding. Shawn was a fall guy at the time. Everybody knows it. No test was ever made official. Adobe 1990 if it existed

@gr8whitetrukker here's the video I took plus the article. It was clearly a marketing effort rather than any legitimate anti-doping effort as you can tell by Arnold Classic promoter Jim Lorimer's comments.

Yes sir, that was my some what sarcastic point i was trying to make. The rules are in place. But its just a front. I dont expect them to catch anybody unless they wanted to prove a point or air a grievance. On a steroid board full of users and a user of steroids i dont think any one of us found that to be a real anti doping effort. But hey they can always say, we test for banned substances. So were legitimate, right?
Yes you are correct. AAS at the 90' and then dropped it and went after diuretics. You the man.
