Also side note, final set of my hell deadlifts I was loud did the whole grunting and heavy breathing and everything to get myself pumped up for it. As soon as I finished the third rep I dropped it then some guy did that to wave thing you do when you want someone to take out their earphones to talk so I pull out one of my earbuds and he said "nobody wants to hear you yell or smash weights it's disrespectful to everyone trying to train" my response "ha! Fuck off" put in my earbud and unloaded my bar cause I ain't no douche then continue my workout. Mother fucker is new here he doesn't realize there is only 6 people in this gym that train everyone else is here trying to get a workout and he ain't one of the ones training so go fucking pound sand I'll continue to smash weights
Ahhh i bet it feels good to tell those beta pieces of trash to fuck off.

I gotta be careful at my gym, if i did that and they told the staff i would probably get kicked out haha

Training weight today was 186lb at 5pm after 3 meals and 4L of water although I have no idea morning weight haven't done it in a week but I believe probably around 183/184.

I'm jazzed up had a horrible weekend but these squats were fricken amazing I wish I didn't have to stop at 4 sets!

Moving some good weight sitting at 186. I have to agree with and the mobility paying off. It's taken some time for me. But I'm there now. Just have to maintain it and work a few areas.

I'm significantly stronger natty then I ever thought I could be and stronger then when I was ever on gear at this weight. Thought my relationship was gonnna end this weekend and was pumped to just fucking blast 700mg of tren ace and 700mg test prop but my relationship is good now so still nothing for me lol

When I am cruising and wife get into a big spat. I always think about just starting a cycle. LOL!!!!

I'm starting to not like how bench press is always the same rep scheme and pattern. If I'm benching 4x a week it should be mixed up more for rep range I'd thought and at least one session per week reach at least a 85% double instead of being more 70% for everything. At least I do them all paused super clean I guess but still it's boring and i dread benching now

I use a butter knife after every workout to do graston therapy on my forearms and tendons around my elbows, if it weren't for that I'm 100% my elbows would be fucked right now too. My wrist is taking a beating though from all the pressing it's not giving it any time to heal and I can't take days off cause I'm on a strict schedule now

I need to read up on graston therapy. So I can incorporate it into my tool bag.
 
Rest day / mobility&climbing
Did 45minutes of mobility and stretching today, mostly just took it easy with 5 minute of warm up on the elliptical prior to stretching and 10 minute cool down walk.

2 hours of rock climbing though. My grip strength is progressing significantly and the rock climbing is building some great muscle in my forearms and helping build my obliques too

Had to trick my body today, nothing was feeling good at all 225 on squats felt like 405 but I got through. Did a CNS overload with 495 beltless walk out and static 10 second hold then went to my working weight of 355 and it felt like a feather again like week 5 day 1 workout.

Morning weight 185lb
Did this training session fasted cause I forgot to eat/ saving calories for pizza tonight.

Stopped taking albuterol only a week or so in just don't need it I'm dropping weight fast enough as is I'm going to wait until I stall out a bit or if I'm going to try and eclipse single digit BF%

Also stopped taking all stimulants and plan to not take any more for the next 3 weeks as I was taking 200mg caffeine 24mg ephedrine 2 L carnatine pills upon waking and 1 scoop of mr Hyde pre workout (400mg caffeine) so want to take a break so it hits me harder for the final 2 weeks of prep.

Loving how lean I'm looking and keeping strength makes me wonder how tight I'd look with low test high tren and winny:cool:
