That's a lot of stimulants. Shit I'd die taking that. Caffeine for me is just bad. Small dose kills my appetite. Moderate to larger doses kills my appetite, makes me feel like complete shit.

I'm trying to kill a raging caffeine addiction that's been over two years long.. At least 300-500mg/day,every day ...i want my system clean before I run my next cycle.
Stimulants have been the only thing keeping me going, running my business 14-16 hours a day, renovating my house, raising 5 kids, lucky to get 5 hours of sleep daily... .just been burnt out.
But i know it's f'ing my system and organs up running so much caffeine.

And I know I always feel better and more energized geared up so, my motivation to cut it out is there...
 
You could keep the Ephedrine in and then add the other stuff back in x amount of weeks out. It's been shown to actually work better over time so once you add the other items back it might be an even better jumpstart.
Was unaware I've always done two weeks top of ephedrine as I'm worried about heart issues being on it. Is this negligible at 24mg ed?
 
I think you're more susceptible to cardiac issues when it's used in conjunction with caffeine. I'm sure 24mg is okay unless you have a pre-existing condition.

I don't have any conditions nor does my family have any history, good that way. I do notice the hunger suppression to last longer around day 10. I'll give it a read thanks for the tip man!

Get two beautiful days off to enjoy the Canadian outdoors this weekend then hitting it hard on Monday again.
Weight this morning was 186 but not worried as I had a lot of spits and popcorn yesterday so I believe the sodium is making me hold more water for that lb difference. Adding 10g of protein everyday for the next 17-21 days then subtracting 10g protein every day after and replacing with carbs to get my mwtabolsim sky high out of the reverse cut

Ya spits and popcorn... extra buttery white cheddar popcorn and BBQ flavoured spits :D something low calorie to nibble on.

Just get the elbows healthy first then do graston therapy on our brachial tendon and roll out your forearm extenders regularly and you should be fine

Bench press will always be a 1 second pause unless otherwise specified (more then a comp pause so I easily follow comp commands). Also forgot my belt today so that's a PR for beltless squat volume/intensity. My girl spent about 90 mins yesterday working on my lats and chest massaging/stick roller/tempering and her best attempt at graston therapy with a butter knife and coconut oil (make sure they know they aren't cutting but using it perpendicular to the direction they press:oops: I swear she's smart just sometimes things escape her) I had more mobility enough to bring my hands one full fingerwidth in for squats and that made a huge difference for back tightness.

Very nice, i tried to have my girl take the lacrosse ball to my back while she was here, but even with her standing over me putting her all into it the poor little woman just wasn't strong/heavy enough to really dig into me like i needed haha. It was actually kind of precious.

Ya we tried her walking on my back but she's like 120lb tops so didn't do much lol, although using a stick roller and using the end to pin point the knots and knead them that way was highly effective I think (judging by how much that fucking hurt and how much she was enjoying it lol)

Mine kept worrying she was going to hurt me, had to tell her a thousand times that there is literally nothing she could do that i haven't already done to myself, gotta love her for trying though. A for effort haha

Had to use straps for deadlifts because I dislocated my thumb top knuckle yesterday, all good just gotta give it some time to heal before I destroy it with hook grip in the competition.

Also side note I'm starting to feel slightly less sick and my body weight is now 184 after a massive refeed yesterday to try and give my body the calories to feel better.

Got a wedding to go to tomorrow then beach on Sunday so probably won't hit another workout till Monday.

She'll love you unconditionally, take care of you when your sick, support your goals, and be there to help you mourn your failures and celebrate your successes. But for all of this, she'll expect you to listen to her tell you about her day. In short, it's hell on Earth.

Will update the evening workout later tonight once it's complete. Glad the volume is low on this workout so I can do so much today.

May or may not have lost my job cause I wasn't willing to deal with bullshit and miss my workouts and told some higher ups to fuck off then didn't show up for my flight to go out of town today that they paid for, So we shall see how that goes. If I did however I have enough in the bank to last me until I start my summer gig in a month if I'm smart and I'll have tons of time to workout and recover. Although i won't be able to eat how I currently am (spending about 40 bucks on food a day enjoying the finer foods to make it more enjoyable being in a calorie deficit I.e. Tuna steaks and organic sweet patatos will now become chicken and reg sweet patatos cause that's like 12 dollars per home cooked meal lol
