Have you ever used a Colon Cleanser? If so which one and how were your results? I've been doing some research and there seems to be lots of Nay Sayers but they generally seem to be people who've never actually tried one. Seems like most people who have, got positive results.

According to some experts your body can't excrete everything from its colon by itself and has "stuff" in it for years. So a cleanse is supposed to remove that.
