Making the switch to powerlifting, Gobuckeyes 2017 log

Awesome workout, worked up to 185 3x5 push press. I don't how many of you guys visit Reddit r/steroids or whatever but they got this nutrition company on there called Vein Nutrition, they have the best pre workout shit I've every taken besides cocaine lol. Seriously tho, I get this shit called Osmotic energy pills, $29 for 120 of them. Shit has 1,3 dmaa in it. Good shit, they have all kinds of shit too, night time sleep aide, PWO, energy pills, etc. All legal shit too.
 
A couple PR today. I lifted 1x5 at 405 on deadlift with no straps and lifted 495 off pins for a static hold of 10 seconds. I gave all had on the 1 set of deadlifts so I didn't do any more. After 3 reps my grip was starting to fail, so I went to grab my wrist wraps quick but said said hell no! Repped out another, on that 5th rep, I didn't think it had it in me, my whole body was shaking, my hands where hurting, my legs hurt. But I did it, I'm proud of myself.

I forgot to add this. When I was lifting Thursday, my wrist popped while doing upright rows. It felt like 2 bones rubbed on each other. It doesn't hurt today, didn't affect me deadlifting, but I can tell there is something off with it when I bend it a certain way.

Had a job interview yesterday for a part time job washing dishes/ working in the kitchen on the weekends at a conference center. Got the job, not really excited bc I didn't want to have to get one but I'm doing what I gave to do. It's only Friday night, Saturday and some sundays which is what I wanted bc I told them I workout thru the week and that's more important to me.
 
OMFG!! I hate the bmv, title dept, these lines are driving me fucking crazy. My temper has been on a short fuse lately. I know it's the tren, I'm usually a pretty level headed guy. 2 weeks left then a cruise.

@Ickyrica yea it's weird. It's my left wrist that feels weird now, not really it hand anymore. Kinda the outside joint, I'm just going to wrap it and ice it. Give it another day off.
 
Squat day!!! It sucked ass today, I only worked up 1x3 at 395 bc my right leg felt funny on the first rep at 395. It kinda hurts around the outside of my knee. Not really the knee itself but the thigh area above it and the right of it. All I can think is my form was off, but I also skipped 1 of my warm up sets and didn't stretch as much as usually. I had plenty of time too, I won't make that mistake again tho, I know how important it is for me to properly warm up.
I'm still about 220, I manage to keep a really clean diet all weekend, which is the first time in about a month that I have lol.
 
Wtf man, another day and another bad workout. I mean I hit 285 for 3x3 on bench which is what I was suppose to do. But my form sucked ass when I got up to 285. My feet slipped out from underneath me on the one set, I should have racked it and started over but I didn't. And I struggled to hit 3 reps. And the next 2 sets sucked ass bc I used so much energy to get the bar back on the first once. My bar path was off, but on a bright note my elbows don't hurt bc I'm keeping them tucked in some instead of flared out. Oh well, at least I didn't hurt myself. I warmed up properly today also.

I hate when that shit happens. You loose a lot force energy out put when that happens.

You think you might have lost some stability by moving your elbows in? I've been playing with my bench for a little bit trying different shit out and I've noticed I lose quite a bit of balance/stability when I tuck in my elbows:oops: I think my issue is probably form related but I got a buddy coming this weekend to help me with that so maybe I can get my numbers up.:D
