Im a firm believer in not needing aas for a cut until it's single digit % but I'm planning on competing for the first time this summer and need everyone's tips and blasting fat off quick. I've been slowly cutting hoping for a pound a week and been successful. I'm hovering at 18ish% now at 220. I have 10 weeks to drop to ~10% what's the best way to attack this? Give me shit or give me tips either way everything is still educating me.
