What would a marathon runners IGF 1 be at 3 ius after a month? Can u calculate it so we have a standard to go by.

Sure, people party... But if they are going to pull IGF bloods the following morning they are not going to get an accurate representation of their IGF levels.

Testosterone levels fluctuate too... Is is worthless to pull them? Not really.

Growth hormone fluctuates way more than igf. Growth hormone is released in pulses. You could do bloodwork on gh hours apart from one another and receive completely different results. That is why testing igf is more accurate. The bloodwork in that video you posted actually proves that. His gh was in mid range and his igf was double the upper range. Do you know why that is? Lol

If there IGF-1 levels are 100 even taken that plus metformin your GH is bunk.

Rule of thumb for most and not your hypothetical bull crap you are trying to make a minute point is 100 per iu. When you are around the 5-6 iu mark and over and it drops to around a 50 increase per iu from what I've seen.

Gold standard? Your article states right in BOLD it's a crude way to determine GH potency.

You are on the right track with the 5 year old article but running your GH for a length of time(controversial by some)around 1 week is sufficient to check blood levels. Always get pre-gh use first so you can compare.

Your correct IGF-1 is not the most effective and GH serum is certainly not. AAA analysis and Mass Spec/hplc is the only true way to find out if it is GH, it's purity and concentration.

So tell me this... How do you know if your GH is raising IGF-1 levels if you don't test them? This is why you are taking GH correct?

Actually I take HGH for a few reasons, being older I want the anti aging benefits from it, the joint healing and skin benefits, plus the fat burning aspect of it. Secondly the IGF benefit, which is just as important for "new muscle growth" I was never a fan of any blood tests, plenty of good bloods and people still look like dog shit, even test levels. If im shooting HGH im going to test for HGH. Not going to argue its just not rational in my view and experience, you can shoot bunk and still have decent IGF1 levels, and have zero hgh serum. Anyhow I am glad I got all the opinions and experience from all of you. At the end of the day I am hear to help and learn.
