Road to pure alphaness and a 1,600 total

Are people commenting on your weight loss? I saw someone the other day I hadn't seen in forever and they said I looked like I lost weight. A big part of me hates hearing that, lol.

Haha! Not really, I've had people say I look really lean though. I wear a jacket at work, and loose dress pants so it would be kind of hard to really notice a change in my physique.

Yesterday I did take off my jacket and was in just a button up polo shirt and my bicep vein was showing through my shirt sleeve. Lol. Unfortunately I was in my office all by myself so I couldn't show it off. Ha!

Today is my day off. I wanted to do deadlifts yesterday, but my calves were so sore that I could barely walk. Lol

Yeah. Everything is good. I actually left my new finance job, and went back to being self employed. I've been workiNg on the road the last couple weeks, so I've been working out in shitty hotel gyms. I finally got back home and don't have to work for another two weeks, so I'll find out yesterday how well I've maintained my strength.
