How much ya skwaat?

I was thinking about that the other day actually. I'm just an idiot mind you, but I think the bodyweight thing is somewhat misleading. I've had people say that a guy who weighs 150 lbs and squats double bodyweight is "stronger" than someone that weighs 300lb and only squats 1.5 times bodyweight and I don't think it's fair to say cuz 300lb isn't really anything, but 750 lbs is a considerable amount of weight.
Would be similar to what they say about ants.

Smart Training and diet, yeah?

And top tier strength genetics.

I've always been of the thought that I would rather be able to move moderate weight multiple times than alot once

The more you can move for one the more you can move multiple times and vice versa. It can be skewed a little one way, but it's not really going to be one or the other.

In my 3rd week of Madcow 5*5. Not that heavy yet, 5 * 105kg on the 5th set. Definitely feels better than 5*5 Stronglift, which was a waste of time for me IMO. Lifted 6000 kilo / 13000 lbs all together last Friday - over 20 sets. Buzzing.

I've never used a 5x5 program before but have you ever tried Smolov? I started doing that back in highschool and loved it
