L Arginine

I have some karbolyn. I'll definitely throw that in. I was think of switching to the pills so I would have to taste that shit! :confused:

I actually think the argenine makes the karbolyn taste better. Makes it kinda sour tasting, I have the blue karbolyn on right now, forget the flavor name though, blue razz?

Lol . It does taste/mix horrible . Use a mixer !! Its the only way with powdered egg whites . Craps like corn starch....
It is like cornstarch. Right now I have myprotein impact whey isolate unflavored. I add a scoop or two into my shakes.

Right now it's two bananas vanilla Greek low fat yogurt peanut butter and and oats.

Yeah, to much at once will fuck up your stomach for sure. I take it alone in the morning but preworkout and before bed I take with bcca's, glutamine, beta alanine. I dump it in a water bottle and mix in a little bit of drink mix to kill the taste. Taking it straight is fucking disgusting

Beta alanine before bed.. don't you twitch and itchy like a crackhead? It does for me everytime!
 
It's hard for me to say if or what it's is actually doing. It definitely makes me look fuller. But it's hard to tell if is actually helps during workouts. The pumps are pretty serious but I don't know if that's causing it. Because I also take pre workout and a mixture of BCAA ,glutamine and d aspartic acid drink during my workout.
I take same stuff pre/intra workout but put one of those flavored vit c packets in a bottle of water and shake the shit out of it.. definitely helps, lol

L-citrulline also found in watermelon is a nitrix oxide supplement does basically the same as arginine gets the blood in there just as good taste better
 
L-Arginine by itself is amazing for a pump. I got the powder straight Arginine form pharma grade and 1 scoop in my mouth followed by water. There were times that working Tri's out, it would get soo tight it would hurt and could not get another rep. Citrulline is also good for NO booster. I take pure, fuck pre-workouts.

Takes a tad longer to get into system as it works through the kidneys. But in the end you get same result.

I recently started mixing in 6 grams of citruline with my 10-15g of argenine pre workout. Liking it so far.
