Ive been taking this for a while almost done with my first tub. I've read some good things about it and it's the main reason I decided to try it. I definitely feel and look fuller when taking it. I stopped do to work schedule for over a week and could tell a difference. I guess my question is do you feel it's worth it? It's the worst tasting shit in the world which sucks. Just wanted to get there's experience or opinions. Thanks
 
I have never used it. I have seen a few say that it is a waste. I always like to try things for myself. I have been eyeing this for a few weeks. I will eventually get me some to try it out.

Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate (AAKG)
It's hard for me to say if or what it's is actually doing. It definitely makes me look fuller. But it's hard to tell if is actually helps during workouts. The pumps are pretty serious but I don't know if that's causing it. Because I also take pre workout and a mixture of BCAA ,glutamine and d aspartic acid drink during my workout.

Increased vascularity and pumps along with greater fullness are some of the only benefits I've really noticed. The best way to take it is on an empty stomach 3 times per day. That doesn't mean that it has no effect on gains though. I feel it does help. I also take citrulline with it

The pumps are definitely from arginine. I also get boosted endurance from it.

Damn 3 times a day? How much you taking?? I take 2 tea spoons about 45 min pre workout any more than that I pee out my butt for the next few hours :confused: it will clean u out big time!

1 teaspoon three times per day. The key is to take on empty stomach for best results

So I found that two nice size teaspoons 45 minutes before work out and I don't pee at my ass. You ever used the capsule? This powder taste like old rotten fish water that's been out in the sun for weeks. It's all I have to bang it real quick.

Yeah, to much at once will fuck up your stomach for sure. I take it alone in the morning but preworkout and before bed I take with bcca's, glutamine, beta alanine. I dump it in a water bottle and mix in a little bit of drink mix to kill the taste. Taking it straight is fucking disgusting

I used to use the pressed tablets but they are 4x the price.

Now foods unflavored stuff taste like shit. I had their unflavored protein it tasted horrible. LOL.

Grab some karbolean or carbion 50-100 grams) and mix in 10-15 grams pre workout.

This is my go-to. The carbs help spike the insulin and force those nutrients into the muscle and the Argenine opens up the vessels.....

The carbion or karbolean mask the taste my man[emoji106]

I've never tried those. I have to look into it. I've used ALA for that though. The ALA would definitely give some nice extra fullness too.

I have some karbolyn. I'll definitely throw that in. I was think of switching to the pills so I would have to taste that shit! :confused:
