So I've have been trying to improve my deadlift lately as it is my worst lift out of the big three , and within the last 6 months I've made some huge PR's just from doing a lot of heavy deadlifting . I went from 475 to 590 in about 5 months , but now that I'm getting into some heavy weight I have a horrible time locking out my lifts . I'm super explosive from the floor to just above my knees and then I hit the wall ! I've been trying to pull 600 for the last month and I'm dead in the water . I'm assuming the lockout portion of the lift is mostly glutes and hammies but I'm not sure what secondary lifts i should be doing to correct this , some advise would be appreciated !
