Deadlift help ?!

So I've have been trying to improve my deadlift lately as it is my worst lift out of the big three , and within the last 6 months I've made some huge PR's just from doing a lot of heavy deadlifting . I went from 475 to 590 in about 5 months , but now that I'm getting into some heavy weight I have a horrible time locking out my lifts . I'm super explosive from the floor to just above my knees and then I hit the wall ! I've been trying to pull 600 for the last month and I'm dead in the water . I'm assuming the lockout portion of the lift is mostly glutes and hammies but I'm not sure what secondary lifts i should be doing to correct this , some advise would be appreciated !

Well for one you gotta stop trying to test your max and instead build your strength working with 80-90% loads for triples.

For accessory lifts you could do block pulls or glute ham raise or heavy kettle bell swings or goodmornings or banded deadlifts. Lots of options but the biggest thing is stop testing strength and instead build it

Thanks bro , yeah I never really did much deadlifting until recently so my weights just kept moving up and i kinda got caught up in numbers . im gonna definetly start doing block pulls and doing some band work . now , if I started doing triples would you still use high volume like maybe 6-8 sets or stay on the lower end of sets since my goal is strength and not necessarily hypertrophy ?

Do 4x3 deadlifts are the one movement that just screw your CNS and you don't recover with too high of a daily volume or %

Yeah Kroc rows are the shit , but its always something I've done with moderate weight with a pretty high rep range . do you go pretty heavy when you do them ?
I do go heavy and use straps. Its brutal and i love the challenge. If you want to focus on grip more ditch the straps and go lighter

Like already mentioned alternate block pulls or stand on a block or plate whatever your gym has. I use chains or do banded deadlifts alternate speed days and have your heavy days. But ya once you get in the 600's you fight for every lb

Do you mind a form video? Your form could very well be culprit, if you round your back you will easily climb in moderate weight and plateau especially on lock later on

My form is pretty good , I used to round a bit but I tightened it up. Actually been doing alot of heavy rack pulls , block pulls , and banded deads and im making some progress again . Im really more into hypertrophy training then strength , but deads are my one lift I train more for strength specifically. Thanks though bro.
