How much ya skwaat?

The most Ive squated is 325lbs at 3×3 .That was this past thursday. I got stuck at 275 then i learned about box squats, bands, and chains then bam 3 weeks later 325. It felt fuckin nice!! And all the reps were solid. Im trying to be more active on the forum so hopefully ill start a training log soon. I want BIG numbers!!
 
Am up to 122.5kgs on 5*5. Its starting to get heavy.

The 1rm calculator says I need to squeeze out 5*140 to get to my PR of 160*1. Will see how much I have left in me, guess about 135*5 and its all grind ... end next week maybe.

Which means I have spent two months on working my way up to a theoretical max of 160, which was my RL PR 8 weeks ago.

Ehhh I've lifted on and off for 10 years or so. And I've always squatted since day one. I started really powerlifting around 3 years ago.
Good shit man!! Ive only been lifting for 2 years and Ive only been powerlifting for 3 months. My goal is to enter my first PL meet in a year or so.
 
just enter one now man! time under the bar, on the platform in a competition setting will get you prepared the best in my experience.
You're right. I need to stop worrying about how much i lift. I've been telling my self that ill do one once my squats and deads pass 400lbs and my bench hits 300lbs but Im just trying to buy myself time because im nervous About doing my first PL meet.
 
Well well the weights are same,are in the last page.But Im recovery,I guess my improve will be great.
 
CNS was feeling a little drawn out at the end of last week so I took this week to delaod. In April I will be competing, It'll be my first competition after a 2 year break so I'm excited to see where things are after some injuries and long football seasons
