Trumps rhetoric completely pales in comparison to something like NATO running drills in countries bordering Russia or other purposefully inflammatory bullshit as a desperate attempt to create pretexts to the point their own member countries are calling them out for war-mongering.

They may not be joking about using nukes but I assure you they are playing a much more dangerous game than Trump running his mouth would ever present for the world.

I highly doubt Trumps rhetoric even slightly phases these countries to begin with. Compound this with the fact that he has stated before he isn't keen on these alliances the way they currently are, I would argue the aforementioned countries would probably be less hostile to America with Trump. Even China, but that's just my guess. Time will tell.

And you think someone with the self control of a 2yo won't rattle sabers as well? Someone who cannot take any form of criticism, someone who spews whatever comes to his head without thinking of the consequences, someone who has shown time and time again he can't hold his own tongue, etc. What happens when his buttons are pushed? Are we to believe he will not attempt to instigate further? If history has taught us anything it's that Trump will not take any slight no matter how minor or insignificant it is.

I don't think he will continue this particular brand of western sabre-rattling. He has been critical of it before and I doubt he is 'political' enough (at least compared to his opponents) to give a shit about these alliances that seemingly exist for no other reason than to inflame and sponge resources.

I just don't see how those character flaws even makes him comparable to a known war-monger when it comes to stability and hostility between nations. Yeah, I get the argument, but being concerned over a Trump presidency because of those reasons compared to the bullshit we've had prior grossly underestimates how aggressive and reckless the previous approach has been. Aggressive rhetoric and some character flaws might seem troubling but it is absolutely nothing compared to the usual brand of inflammatory bullshit being exported by the West for the sake of alliances that nobody even gives a fuck about (but totally worth risking WW3 over).

Some of the qualities that are seen as being negative (and they are), although unbecoming of what we expect from Western leaders, are actually qualities people look for in leaders in other parts of the world, I don't think someone like that will be as disastrous as people are making out to be when dealing with foreign leaders. It's not necessarily wise to assume his character will lead to worse relations, although part of that is because relations with some countries probably can't get much worse than they are now.

Not really a fan of the Conservative party in Canada.

This new government though......doesn't give a fuck about anything west of Ontario. No surprise there. Already in the red and have literally done nothing. Not a damn thing.

Brb putting in a carbon tax to further hurt an already struggling industry that used to be our countries most lucrative jobs.

Which is why i find it odd your in favor of Trump?
He doesnt even register on the scale up there. By that i mean as a conservative he is right. Nothing in canada is right.
Its way left, left and just right of left
Trump would be unwanted

I think he is capable of doing some good for the US. Nothing more to it than that. :)

So im a huge fan of the Oreilly Factor. Its where i find both viewpoints. Oreilly does the best job of bringing on ppl from all walks of politics and debates them, regularly. I do not believe there is a more objective and honest journalist out there and he genuinely is very concerned with WHAT and HOW things get reported. Again pointing out massive inconsistencies with the left wing news stations. Like CNN, MSNBC, too many to count. And what they choose to report. Which is almost always slanted in favor of their agenda. No wonder half this crap spewed as fact is not fact but propoganda or distortion disguised as fact.

And these college kids protesting...what are they protesting? The democratic ways of our elections? Misguided and proof education doesnt buy you common sense or respect. A winner, a loser. Thats how this thing works.

I thought Hillary was very humble in defeat. I did not expect that. Trump was humble in victory. I think these college kids and alot of others forget that were all in this together. More or less we all want the same thing? Some times im not so sure...
Some just seem paralyzed by the judgement of the people. Their guy/girl didnt make it in, so fuck it!? We'll protest. Poor taste but not exactly suprising considering the extreme left they support. This is what they do and these are the schools they attend and the daily show is their go to source for all things news related. The youth is being indoctrinized. And most the nonsense they were caught saying on camera reveals their vast ignorance.

These are just things i noticed
