I just recently got into B12 after hearing about it for so long. I like it so far but I'm getting really bad anxious and nervous sides from it. Anyone else experience that? Only way for me to get rid of them is by working out really hard or doing hard cardio to run it through my system.

What exactly do you mean by doing hard cardio to run it through your system?
 
by hard cardio i mean like HIIT always in constant movement. One day I just did my lift for hour and half then cardio run on treadmill and I felt anxious as fuck afterwards
 
I supplement with B12 1000 mcg about 3 times a week and never experienced those symptoms. As for as I know, B12 doesn't produce the side effects you are describing.

Although, B12 is sometimes in pre workouts so maybe that has something to do with your desire to get a workout in.
 
Yeah I looked up symptoms of b12 when I was having those issues and read that nervousness and anxiousness is a side. It could also be depending on the person.
 
I use around 1000 mcg every morning I mix it with my prop and primo or in my carnitine/arginine injection daily. It's been great so far. I wouldn't waste my money on the oral .
