Through this journey I've realized T is overrated. It's not the magic solution for libido and while it helps somewhat with energy stuff like diet exercise sleep vitamins and just overall lifestyle is equally important.
I will be taking up yoga meditation and other lifestyle changes when I'm natural.
Being some jacked dude in the gym matters ZERO to me.
I couldn't care less.
TRT not a magic solution, but the difference between low and normal T can be rather striking.
