any one got a sort of estimated weight of full fat mince per serving to get 30 grams of protein thanks folks.

I'm not sure what "full fat mince" means. I think 1oz of meat equals 7g of protein. So little more than 4 ounces. You like dem math skillz. Lol

There is a pretty substantial difference in 4 oz pork vs 4 oz fish. Meats don't really transfer over... 12oz swai is equivalent to 8oz tilapia, which is equivalent to 6.5 oz chicken - grams of protein wise anyways.
