how many meals a day?

I work long hours, too. I keep three full course meals in my cooler and try my damndest to get them down throughout each day. Add another meal for dinner and I'm at 4 per day.

Right now, I'm just drinking a shake for breakfast, so I'm not counting it as a meal. I'd love to actually eat breakfast but I'm too damn lazy.
For the shake add eggs whites and protein power for carbs dry Oatmeal or cook sweet potato the night before and that in with almond butter
 
I drink 2 shakes a day. I use egg whites, milk, oatmeal, banana, and chocolate protein powder. And its pretty fucking good.
It's feel better when you add stuff to the shakes I feel fuller.before water and protien I'll be hungry 30 min after

Im the same way. I was afraid to try it with egg whites and all the other stuff it just didn't sound good to me. But glad i did:D
 
Now if i could man up and blend some steak and potatoes lol it would be easy to get more meals in. But i dont think i could it
 
Meal 1 -- 3 whole eggs, 2 whites, cheese, turkey sausage on some kind of bread. Its usually that low carb thin shit and a pak of low sugar oatmeal with hand full of blueberries.

Meal 2 -- Post workout shake varieties: scoop of whey, Fairlife chocolate milk 8oz, Fiber One mint brownie, powder fiber, creatine, egg whites 8oz, gelatin, PB Fit and/or PB, sometimes walnuts and oatmeal.

Meal 3 -- Chicken, Rice, Broccoli

Meal 4 -- Low sugar oatmeal pak, blueberries, 1/2 scoop protein, milk

Meal 5 -- 4 whole eggs, 2 white, chicken, avocado, lite miracle whip, mustard, greek yogurt cream cheese, and Chalua Hot Sauce. Mixed together well. [emoji39]

Meal 6 -- 2 Greek yogurt's with walnuts.

Lol so 6 meals.....well 5 and a beefy shake. [emoji12]
 
Ill try it one of these days. Its alot esier to drink the meals then to eat them sometimes

Doing those labor jobs in the heat I'd definitely have cold jugs of water with bcaas mixed in. A lot of respect for you guys working in heat like that for 10+ hrs then crushing workouts.
 
1 or 2..usually one meal around 11pm or around 6 and 11 if 2, ill snack on some things during the day if i want to

Ya it sucks working in this heat 10hrs a day. Plus im welding the whole time oh well i look forward to hitting the gym after a days work lol
 
I know your question is how many meals a day but in your situation I think you should focus more on calories a day. If you're tracking intake and you can hit 3500 (random number) cals in 2-3 meals as opposed to 5-6 meals you should still be fine. I don't believe meal timing is quite as important as overall calorie intake. Just make sure you're hitting your goal.
 
In other words, don't focus on number of meals but more on protein intake and overall calories per day.
