Sleeping only 5 hours a night and feeling awesome

I need 8 hours of sleep-preferably 9-to be on top of my gain.

When I was younger, I took adderal every day, and even though I wasn't abusing it (yet) I could only get about 6 hours of sleep a night. I would go to sleep late, wake up early, and doze off for maybe 20 or 30 minutes after work or school-I assumed it was all that I needed, but I know now that I just had chemicals messing with my body's internal clock.

I had the same problem when I was under a lot of stress.

I didn't know it was an issue until I started getting 8 hours of sleep a night. I didn't realize how shitty I felt until I stopped feeling like shit.
 
It's all about sleep cycles. It depends on your personal cycle. Some ppl need 8 hrs some ppl need 6 hrs etc. If you find your cycle stick with it. I know if I get 6 hrs I feel great, if I snooze another hr I feel crappy & still tired. Just gotta time when you go to bed so it falls in time when you gotta get up.
 
I don't know how some of you guys do it.... I need 7 hours minimum to feel good. If I've been really well rested I can easily survive a 5 hour sleep day but if I try that shit two days in a row I am a fucking zombie. Plus I realized my gains and appetite control are phenomenal when I sleep really well.
 
I get about 5.5 - 6 hours of sleep on the nightly lol. After my morning coffee and protein bar I am good to go at work. I know what getting enough sleep does to your body but the amount that I get is good and I am happy how I am transforming my body but 5 to 6 hours is all I need. I am happy to see a majority of members get around the same amount that I do kind of makes me feel better lol.

Yes haha it goes something like that lmfao. More sleep would be a plus. Next time wifey wants to jump my bones I'm going to be like can't do it I got get this fucking worm lol. I see myself sleeping in the couch soon lmfao.

Lmfao...now that shits funny....Well we gotta do what we gotta do to get that worm lol. Look at it this way, atleat youll be next to the front door, which is one step closer to the outside world where that elusive ass squirmy fucker is at bahahaha.....
