Penile shrinkage, atrophy. What causes it?

Just don't allow it to suck one of your balls up into it! Brutal pain. I remember in college I was so messed up on Valium and alcohol that I started pumping away and sat down next to a guest on one of the couches. Just continued pumping away. We had three guests over.

And Ya you totally gotta make sure ur balls are fully cleared from the tube before you pump or else it's a terrible experience. The bathmates are different than the kinda pump your talking about though, you use it filled with water, works better than air pumps.

The things Ive delt with are more on the side of erectile quality issues. Which has a lot to do with blood pressure issues and hormonal imbalances. Like if I go too long without taking a AI when I should be and my e2 creeps up. So during the time period where my e2 spikes until my AI does its work I can have issues. Its all about consistency when it comes to that. BP issues Ive never fully tracked but I know if I eat and hydrate right combined with keeping the room temp low I wont have as much trouble. This being during the time when my bp is higher depending on the circumstances
