yep i mix crystal light with citruline malate and beta alanine makes for great preworkout add some ephedrine or DMAA
I use AAS so i not need ephedrin. And i not like to shake in the gym ,)
Been reading that this is great for recovery. Thats why i was thinking about using it.
I've never felt recovery I guess... but 3 grams preworkout really boosts vascularity.
More blood flow = more nutrients delivered to the cell and more waste carried away from the cell.
I did a read somewhere that it is a lot of caffeine in it ? The original poster did mean that this wah was you did pay for and it was bad. I have no idea about this but it made me think. But it looks and sound interesting to me ,)
Great for a pre workout. Not sure of the benefit post workout however.
From the sounds of it, the benefit of recovery was carried over from taking it pre workout. A group of cyclists took 6 grams of citrulline before a cycling workout and their post workout GH levels were 66.8% higher.
I wonder if this is 2/3rd higher than their regular post workout growth hormone levels, or just their baseline...
Really the thing I can see it shining through with is just getting more nutrients into your muscle cell while carrying away more waste from your cells, but that goes for all NO boosters.
Did read that 2-7g was an average dosage ?
Do this have any taste ? Was thinking about buying capsuls. What do you prefer ?

Yep that seems to be your normal dose. The study used 6 grams on the athletes. I personally don't think I've ever taken over 3 grams.
I'm always a fan of powder myself, as I don't want to have to swallow 5 or 6 pills of something to get a decent dose.
Powders are usually "tasteless" as they say, but they usually taste pretty gross. I would either mix it with your preworkout, or mix it in with some juice and drink it with your preworkout meal.

Look at your BCAA I'm pretty sure that stuff already has citrulline malate in it

Did get my CM 2 days ago and been on it for 2 days now. First day i did 2,5g and today i did 5g about 1 hour before gym. No extra drive or boost for me. Do i have to up the dose to feel it ?
I'm not a fan of supplements but I do like citruline malate before working out.
What do you like about it if i can ask ?
Going to finish this first box and see how it goes.
