My training plan for testp/anavar

I was coming to say a 1000 is too much .I'd say 200 on hard days like legs if not maintenance and 500 max the other days,should be enough

That's barely a deficit and he should be taking advantage of the anticatobolic state his body is in with the extrogounous test in his system. 1000 cals won't kill his LBM at all when on gear, yes it's low but his goal is weight loss and not muscle building or strength building so aim for your goals and if you don't pussy foot about you'll get better results. When you bulk you bulk 1000+ cals when you cut you should cut not just do it as if you weren't on gear

Yeah but with a goal of 16or15%bf to 10% in 13 weeks, 10 of those on cycle, I feel 1000 might be necessary to reach that goal.. If I'm making progress fast or if the test doesn't seem to be giving me any results then I'll adjust the diet to reach more of a median of fast burning and muscle building that puts me on a better pace for 10%
 
Yeah maybe,I'm speaking from my own personal exp. Which is not to say everyone else's is the same.idk 1000 seems a little excessive to me even for weight loss but wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong.

Depends on how much you weigh and what your maintenance is too of course I wouldn't reccomend 1000 deficit for someone who needs 2200 for maintenance but if you have a 3k-4K maintenance it's a none issue besides being a tad bit hungry lol

I was actually in an airborne unit.... but the sky is still blue for the same reasons!
Now go make the green grass grow.... since I can't anymore :( legally anyways.
