Question for American members, going cross bored shopping soon. Can you recommend a protein powder you use. Looking to grab a few 10lb bags. Had been getting powder from Wally world for a while. But I recall reading a thread here saying the powder from them was garbage!? Starting a cut soon any suggestions much appreciated! ps Yes we got protein powder in Cdn haha just wanna try something different. Down there you guys got supplements we can't get and a better deal...thxs

Was looking at true nutrition ..wow they got a ton too choose from
bought some new protein yesterday...generally, i walk into my supp store (it's a wholesale type warehouse) and ask for whatever protein they around 5lbs and on sale. Typically, i'll walk out of the store with a jug of whey protein for around $35 to $45...most of the time it's some kind of Optimum Nutrition product, but there's been a few others i like Dymatize, ABP, and others I can't think of.
Well, yesterday i had this thread in mind, so i looked around a bit. I saw on their site they had this certain brand on sale, which is something i would likely buy:
Colossal Labs Monster Muscle Protein 5lbs for $34.99 (on sale)
As I was walking around, I found this 5lb tub of whey protein from Now Nutrition...i knew the brand, because i buy their Vitamin D3 sometimes (when it's on sale). I asked how much the Now Nutrition protein was, and he quoted $79!! I about kicked my own ass i was so surprised...
anyhow, i ended up talking with the guy there and he talked me into this stuff...I'll admit, he was going into a lot of scientific sounding shit about protein that I couldn't follow or call bullshit cause i just didn't know...
Rule 1 Proteins R1 5lbs for $59. (on sale)
He assured me that comparing this Rule 1 and the Colossal labs was similar to comparing a Ferrari to a Chevy Cobalt...I took his word for it.
Am I a sucker??
