Tren mixed with other filler or drugs

First let me apologize for the double post. I post this in the wrong section. Just a weird question. is this possible? What i mean is would brewers try to mix other compounds to give tren like results? General speaking in the fat cutting properties. I'm guessing the filler or "" or mix
I have is mixed with t3 and yohimbe. Here is my reasoning. Nothing blows my hair off except T3 and i mean nothing
So im on this so called tren with no real sides tren a to be exact. I start lossing hair like in the first week. So i'm like ok maybe its just age. The when i pee its smells like yohimbe. I wasn't drinking any at the time.
At 5 weeks in my dome looks like a lawn mowed with a machete. I stop and everthing is going back to normal little by little. Could these fuckers have put these ingredients in to the oil?
Would it be able to be used by the body via IM?

I am using Tren A right now that is dark and slightly cloudy. Works like a charm. Tren gets that way sometimes but if it were other compounds, Im not sure if I would touch it. But, I do trust my source (to a point), and that is also a factor.
