What Multivitamin do you take?

To Brutus other point im wary of claims of better vitamins. Its not always something tangible or obvious so I would just rather not spend the extra $$$. It doesn't mean your points aren't valid just im skeptical

Douglas Laboratories. The only vitamins from actual food sources wirh the enzymes needed to process the vitamin.
I also take the injectable b complex from pharmacist.
How about their other products?
I'd like to try the vitamins, from them and maybe some other things..

They can only be bought online?

I have only tried vitamins and minerals... b complex, d, e, preventative x multi, calcium and magnesium... I tried some other thing for joint pain and it worked as well... forget what it was called. The multi was strong- I had to take 3 a day for a while, 4, 5, and I think I was good 1 per meal at 6. A buddy of mine has his masters in nutritiin science and told me these are the only vitamins worth taking.

Used to like the animal packs.... haven't used a multi for a number of years now although I do take high vitamin fermented cod liver oil daily. Super high in A and D.

Nordic fish oil (strawberry flavored)
Vitamin b
Rainbow light multivitamin
Garden of life probiotics
Solaray enzymes
Maca
Glutamine

I take a few different vitamins and minerals as I believe they are the building blocks to proper growth and function:

- Bobs Best Coral calcium (this is the best Vitamin supplement in my opinion)
- b12 sublingual
- Omega 3 and 6
- Vitamin D concentrate
- Zinc
- Multi Vitamin for men (generic)

for support I use
- Milk Thistle (Great natural liver protection especially good when orals are in use)
- Ginko Beloba (great for the brain)

Your body will get rid of what you do not use but its a good idea to keep yourself saturated
